Yes! We ship to 27 countries, including New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and much of Europe and Asia. International shipping is a flat $25 AUD, free on orders of $200 AUD or more.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Simply contact us to arrange a return. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Yes, size swaps are free on full-priced items. You cover the shipping costs. Contact us with your order number and preferred size, and if your size is in stock, we'll send the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Our caps feature adjustable snapback or strap closures for a one-size-fits-most fit. Bucket hats come in S/M and L/XL sizes. Check individual product pages for specific sizing details.

Absolutely. Send us your logos, artwork, or design ideas and our team will create a digital mockup on your chosen garment. We can also design from scratch if needed. We'll send you a proof for approval before production begins.
