Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Australia) $10.00 flat rate (Free for orders over $100)

Express Shipping (Australia) $15.00 flat rate

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro areas 3-5 business days

Regional and remote areas 5-10 business days

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received a confirmation within 3 business days, drop us a line at info@spooledout.com.au.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, get in touch with us and we'll sort it out. We're a small crew and we look after our customers.
