30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No worries. We accept returns on unworn items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery. To keep things smooth, check our size guide before ordering - our garments are true to size. (Custom and personalised orders are excluded - see below.)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@spooledout.com.au with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

• Description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)
